Key Club in Action 2024-2025
BELOW ARE ALL VOLUNTEERING EVENTS THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE NS KEY CLUB HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THROUGHOUT THE 2024-25 SERVICE YEAR
North Shore Key Club Brings Home the GOLDThe North Shore Key Club has returned from the 76 th Leadership Conference in Albany with news to share…we brought home the gold for our community service accomplishments during the 2023-2024 service year. We were recognized as a Distinguished Diamond level Key Club in New York State. (We recorded 190 points out of a possible 200-point total. Only 4 clubs in the state received this award.
Our Key Club is very proud to represent North Shore High School at this annual conference and grateful we were able to receive recognition for the work the entire club has accomplished. We want to thank the Kiwanis Club of North Shore, our Kiwanis sponsor, for their continued support, and we look forward to another year of service in 2024-2025. |

North Shore Kiwanis & Key Club Join Hands for St. Christopher'sThe North Shore K-Family joined hands at St. Christopher-Ottillie for the annual Easter Basket
event. The baskets were created by the North Shore Kiwanis and Key Club, and included 14 baskets from the K-Kids (Kiwanis Kids) at the Connolly School in Glen Cove. In addition, 30 baskets were contributed from the Labbate Kiwanis family who have made this their family tradition. The weather was warm and sunny, matching the love in the hearts from all participants for this annual event. A very special group of volunteers assisted the very special group of residents at St. Christopher-Ottillie in Sea Cliff. As a special treat the Easter Bunny made an appearance and welcomed each child as they selected their Easter Treat. North Shore Key Club was Hoppin' to Help the United Methodist Church for EasterThe annual Easter Egg Hunt at the United Methodist Church took place March 30. Children from the Sea Cliff community were anxious to take part in this wonderful event. Pictured are the Key Club volunteers helping out at the event.
