Santa and the North Shore Key Club Join Hands with NOSHDecember 16th was a great day in the Glen Cove neighborhood with Santa coming to town…a bit early, to visit the NOSH families. Santa, (played by North Shore Kiwanian John Kle) was delighted to pose with the children as he handed out candy canes supplied by the North Shore key Club. In addition, the key club elves provided holiday stockings for the children who attended the event. To note more than 500 families were given holiday food bags that day supplied by NOSH, a local food bank servicing families in the surrounding communities. Last but not least……. Santa gave NOSH a check in the hopes it would assist this organization with their huge job to help families in need. Their goal is to assist 1400 families which is truly a big challenge and the Kiwanis Club of North Shore is glad to help!! Pictured is the North Shore group in action…
