The North Shore K Family celebrates at St Christopher’s with an annual holiday party in December. The North Shore Kiwanis Club and the North Shore key Club join hands and party hardy with the St Christopher residents. Kiwanian Santa Gary Craner and his key club elf Alexis Lovaglio were on hand to make this party a HO HO HO success as they give out gifts to all the children. Kiwanis President Roger Hill and Key Club President Elias Mastakouris share the spotlight with the key clubbers as they truly make a different to some very special children indeed. “The 2015 MEP Project Is In Full Swing”The K Family joins hands for the 2015-2016 MEP with the North Shore Key Club spearheading their service project at the Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park. Pictured is Key Clubber Carly Rovner with the NS Builders after making 50 Boo Boo Bunnies and collecting numerous gifts that will be given out at the RMH . The Key Club also hosts a holiday party at St Christopher’s in Sea Cliff and both clubs are pictured preparing for the gift giving at that party in December……. very busy bees indeed and just another way the NS Key Club tries to make a difference each and everyday!!!
The holiday season has begun as the North Shore key Club begins their 9 days of bell ringing for the Salvation Army Organization. The club has participated annually with this event for more than 15 years. Pictured are the volunteers on November 28th at the kettle ringing the bell and a special appearance by one of Santa’s elves who took time off.
